The course at DAP is run by James Rowse. James has been painting scenery for over twenty years. He has worked in most sectors of the scenery industry including film, TV, exhibitions and themed events, but the main part of his work has always been work for the stage.
The course at DAP is run by James Rowse. James has been painting scenery for over twenty years. He has worked in most sectors of the scenery industry including film, TV, exhibitions and themed events, but the main part of his work has always been work for the stage.
During the mid 1990’s, James taught Scenic Art at the Welsh College of Music and Drama. These short courses were part of the Welsh college’s BA (Hons.) in Theatre Design. He started DAP Studio in 2004.
